At Herbetta, we take great pride in our botanical sourcing, quality checks, and careful packaging. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. ⚠️ Important Policy Highlights:

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of our products (Herbal Powders & Cosmetics), we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is proven to be defective or expired.
  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged package or the wrong botanical product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
